Heating、Painting and Marking System is used for insulated pipe producing.
The machine is used to paint the outside surface of the pipe and mark the parameters information for insulated pipe.
The pipe body adopts medium frequency induction heating mode, paint will dry quickly.
Painting adopts spray ways,
When marking, the painter will not move, pipe will move along axial direction.
Technical indicators:
Heating: power is about 160 kW, temperature range is 40 ℃ ~ 60 ℃
Painting: Water-soluble anti-rust oil, film thickness is 10µm ~ 15µm
Mark: height of characters: 20 mm ~ 48 mm, number of characters: 1 ~ 100pcs
