TJJ series drifting machine is used to drift test the pipe throughout its entire length.

Drifting machine mainly includes drift mandrel support、transport unit、clamps and pipe support.

Transport unit adopts frequency changer to adjust the speed.

Drifting result is judged automatically by system. Transport unit goes back automatically for unqualified pipes.

Parameters:

Applicable pipe: steel pipe

Drifting speed: 1-3 m/s

Drifting quantity: one pcs/circle、two pcs/circle(ordered)

Drift mandrel: complying with (API )standard
