APT single pipe tester tests one pipe in one working cycle. Tester adopts double tensile beams. Its structure is simple, but is very reasonable and stabile to bear the strength.  Reasonable structure and stable performance achieves the fast speed.

Normally, one APT tester can test the pipes with maximum outside diameter three times over the minimum diameter. Upon request from customers, we could tailor-designed the tester for testing outside diameter variation bigger than 3 times.

Applicable diameter: Φ12mm - Φ1200mm

Applicable length:6m – 15m

Length tolerance of same lot: ±500mm

Pipe end: two plain ends or one plain end and the other end with applied coupling

Test pressure: 5 MPa - 150 MPa（adjustable）

Holding time: 5-300S（adjustable）

Pressure accuracy: 0-0.5 MPa

Test blind length: ≤80mm one end

Operating model: manual、semi-automatic、automatic

Compressed air: 0.4 – 0.7 MPa

Cooling water for hydraulic system: 0.2-0.4MPa, 3-35℃, PH 7.5-8.0.
