Heating vacuum device for insulated Tubing is used for insulated pipe producing.

The machine is used to remove the air in the ring cavity of insulated tubing.

Heating system is equipped to shorten the time of vacuumizing and improve the vacuum degree.

Main features:

1、Soundproof room is equipped to decrease the noise.

2、One machine can serves ten insulated tubing.

3、Heating system can goes into and comes out the pipe automatically driven by a carriage.

4、Safe voltage is supplied to the heating system.

1、Maximum pumping speed: 1200 L/S

2、Extreme pressure: whole pressure is 0.2 Pa, branch pressure is 0.02 Pa

3、Power: Vacuum unit is 33.5 kW,  heating system is 300 kW

4、Heating temperature is 100 ℃ ~ 350 ℃
