Visual thermal conductivity tester is used to test the thermal conductivity of insulated tubular.

The machine is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of 'SY/T 5324-2013 pre-stress insulated tubing'.

Main feature:

1、It can be used to test common insulated tubing、high efficiency insulated tubing and high vacuum insulated tubing.

2、Wireless transmission technology is used to collect data、store data and parameters setting.

3、 test rod goes into and comes out the pipe automatically.

4、Infrared temperature measurement is used to measure the temperature of outside surface.

5、PID technology is used to control the temperature.

1、Measuring range：0.002W/(m•℃） ≤λ≤0.2 W/(m•℃）

2、Temperature measuring range: inner wall: 50℃～400℃

                                                              outside wall: -20℃～140℃

3、Temperature measuring accuracy: ±1%

4、Test speed:  2 hours for each batch

5、Power of test rod: 2000W (applicable to insulation tubing  ≤ 139.7 mm) 

                                        4000 w (applicable to insulation tubing 177.8 mm)
