Product details
Thermal elongation device is used for insulated pipe producing.
The machine is patented designed and its patent No. is ZL2015 1 0226068.6
The machine is used to heat and elongate the inner pipe of the insulated pipe.
The machine uses low voltage AC24V and big current to heat the inner pipe.
The machine adopts two steps heating mode: first step is preheating; the second step is heating and elongate and welding at the same time. The heating time is about 3 minutes to 4 minutes.
Heating rod can go into and come out the insulated pipe automatically driven by a carriage.
The insulated pipe will rotate when heating and elongating to be heated evenly and avoid bending.
